Small ugly room instead of deluxe suite on the day of arrival

Despite booking one of the best rooms in the location - a deluxe suite” on the day of my arrival I was informed that my room was not availabe. I was given one of worse rooms if not worst and a „standard” discount of 15%. As the discount is standard I assume that catching customers picures of pretty rooms with large widnows, balcony and nice views is a practice, then you are located in a small, stuffy cubicle. I shall add that nicer rooms were still available during whole my stay. The one I was located I woudnt take with 90% discount, not to mention 15%.

Had a fantastic stay here for four nights in a twin room. Communication was very well organised and the room was beautiful with nice additions, such as the drinking water, tea and coffee pods. I had the best nights sleep each night and the location was great, right by Checkpoint Charlie with some good restaurants close by. Used the luggage store on the last day, which felt very secure and safe whilst we continued to explore until our departure time.

We loved our stay at numa arc rooms & apartments! Great central location, the building itself and rooms were lovely and I love how modern it is. Numa is operated by using codes to get in and out of the building and into rooms, they also have great locker spaces for luggage whilst you wait to check in and you can also leave luggage there after you check out! However, please note that when visiting Berlin, sometimes lots of things are outside of the centre! They send you texts to let you know details about your stay and when your room is ready, you can also message them for assistance at any time. The rooms are very spacious and the TV’s inside the rooms are fabulous, you can connect to your netflix etc. Personally, we visited Berlin when it was super cold and the heating was a bit difficult to work but that is the only fault! Thank you Numa 🫶🏼 Will definitely be booking again!

The rooms were a great size, clean, and had good kitchen amenities. It had a nice rain shower in the bathroom. Location-wise it is a few minutes from CheckPoint Charlie and seconds from the local underground. I had to give 3 starts because 2 out of 3 nights my room was cold. I messaged the hotel team via their whatapp service which always had a quick response. The instructions they gave me to I followed but it still took over 3 hours to get it a little warmer but not comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep. The 3rd night seemed warmer, I am not sure what had changed. I would recommend the hotel but perhaps when it is warmer in the spring or summer.

We stayed at Numa Arc in Berlin for 5 days and loved it. The hotel is located perfectly and rooms are very nice and clean. The system with access code for access to lobby, room and other areas in the hotel worked perfectly. All amenities provided in the room, like drinks and snacks, are free. We also used laundry room and if you need more coffee/tea/toiletpaper etc you can easily get it from there as well. Definitely recommended!
